The TBC E-commerce integration process includes two main stages: merchant registration and parameter retrieval.
Step 1: Merchant Registration
If you are not yet registered as a TBC E-commerce merchant, follow the instructions below:
- Go to the link: https://tbcpayments.ge/details/ecom/tbc
- Choose one of the registration methods:
- “Fill out the application” – complete the two-step electronic application form.
- “Request a call” – leave your contact information and a TBC representative will contact you to guide you through the registration process.
- During the registration process, a new account will be automatically opened in your company’s name.
- After signing the agreement, you will gain access to the online merchant administration panel, where you will authorize using your TBC Internet Banking credentials.
- Upon completion of registration, a test transaction limit will be activated on your merchant account, allowing you to begin technical integration and testing.
Step 2: Authorization on the Merchant Panel and Obtaining Parameters
To get the necessary Client ID and Client Secret for technical integration, follow these steps:
- Authorize at https://ecom.tbcpayments.ge using your company director’s personal (individual) Internet Banking username.
- After authorization, select your company.
- In the menu, go to the “Website Management” section.
- Next to your website, click the “Details” button.
- Go to the “Technical Details” tab and click the “eye” icon.
- You will receive a one-time SMS code on the mobile number registered with your bank.
- Enter the received code in the appropriate window.
- Once the code is entered correctly, your Client ID and Client Secret will appear.
Important: The Client ID and Client Secret are crucial parameters for your merchant’s authorization. Protect this data and never share it with unauthorized persons.
